It’s important to understand the views of Canadians on sustainability practices and to know how customers perceive our environmental engagement. We have therefore subscribed to two studies: The Hoggan Sustainability Research Report, which looks at Canadians’ shared values and their perceptions of sustainability, and The Consumer Tracking Report, which looks at where A&W sits in consumers’ minds and ranks other quick service restaurants. In the following sections we have outlined more details from each study.
